BIO

I grew up on a farm in Bourke where my family were mainly into horses, so I was more around a cowboy scene.  My dad bought me a bike when I was five and I didn’t get into it straight away, but once I had a go competing in 2004 I was hooked.

I got some bike support from Coastal KTM motorcycle dealership in 2005 and I was racking up wins all over the country.  I rounded out the year with an Australian Junior Supercross and Motocross title in the 85cc class.  I also headed over to the US and got third in 85cc class at the World Mini Championships called Loretta Lynns.

I was picked up by Motorex KTM Racing in 2006 to start riding on a factory level. I focused on Australian events and I won three NSW Motocross Championships and three Australian Junior Motocross Championships all in the 80, 125, 250cc class for my age. I finished the year also winning the Supercross Championship in the 85cc class wrapping up the year with seven titles.

I headed overseas again in 2007 for another attempt at Loretta Lynns and came away with two third place finishes, one in the 125cc school boy class and another in the 250F school boy class. Then I finished the year back on home soil winning the Australian Supercross Junior Lites Championship.

I stepped up to Under 19s racing for the 2008 Motocross Championship and I’m looking like winning that Championship if I remain consistent. I turned 16 in May which allows me to now ride the Pro Lites, so for this new Super X Championship I’m going to step up in class again and take on the seniors in the Pro Lites Championship.

I’m putting in a solid effort competing in as many events as I can to maintain my fitness. I love riding supercross, and I’m excited to see how I will go against riders who I have admired whilst working my way up through the ranks.

The competition is going to be pretty fierce and I have a little pressure on me with a few people titling me as “the likely threat” to the usual Pro Lites contenders, but I love a challenge so I’m looking forward to it.
