BIO

One of Australia’s most accomplished riders, CDR Rockstar Yamaha’s Jay Marmont was the winner of the 2003 and 2004 Australian Supercross Championships.

After clinching his second title at just the age of 21, Marmont packed his bags, left his home town of Wollongong and headed overseas.

During this time the Australian recorded a number of strong results including fifth in the THQ SX Lites Championship before returning home the following year to take third in the 2007 Australian Supercross Championship.

In 2008, Marmont joined the renowned CDR Rockstar Yamaha outfit and is hoping to build upon his previous success to take the number one plate.

Marmont has not disappointed since joining the team which is lead by dirt bike racing legend, Craig Dack and is on course to clinch the 2008 Rockstar Energy Drink MX Nationals (Australian Motocross Championship).
