BIO

When he was just a teenager it was clear that Ford Dale was a young rider destined for big things and after being selected for the Queensland Yamaha Junior Development Team, he became the first rider to graduate from the program into the senior ranks.

Dale received his first shot at the big time in 2006 when he was selected by Craig Dack for a guest ride with his team while Troy Carroll was out due to injury.

After recording a number of encouraging results over the year, Dale joined the team in a full-time capacity in 2007 during which he finished fifth in the Australian Supercross Championship and eighth in the MX Nationals.

In 2008, Dale made the decision to further refine his craft in the Pro Lites category with the highly professional Serco Yamaha outfit.  His debut with the team was delayed due to a broken scaphoid, however he is now fully recovered and in full training for the Supercross season.
