BIO

Kawasaki Racing Team rider, Cody Mackie is a passionate rider who proactively progresses his racing career. It’s a combination of this passion and natural talent that secured Cody a factory ride with Kawasaki in 2006. With several State and National Titles acquired, and AMA Supercross racing in the USA on his resume, Cody Mackie will be a real threat in the 2008 Super X series.

Cody works extremely hard and will do whatever it takes to get the job done. It’s this dedication that drives Cody to work and train harder than other riders so that he has the edge. It’s this dedication that sees Cody flying to the USA during the Australian off season to train with the worlds best Motocross and Supercross riders, including James ‘Bubba’ Stewart. As Stewart’s training partner in 2006, and with extensive off season training with Dan Reardon in the USA in 2007, Cody’s riding skills have matured beyond measure.

After being fit, healthy and ready for the beginning of the 2008 Australian Motocross Championships, disaster struck when Cody broke his femur during practise putting him out of the series. Thanks to Cody’s dedication and strong work ethic, he is now 100% fit and ready for the beginning of the 2008 Australian Super X series.

With a lot to prove, can Cody Mackie win the 2008 Super X series? . . . He’s planning on it!
